List Comprehensions

  • List comprehensions ar bhealach beacht éifeachtach chun list s in Python.
  • Ligeann siad duit ceann nua a ghiniúint list trí slonn a chur i bhfeidhm ar gach mír i n-athróg reatha(m.sh., list, tuple, teaghrán) agus na míreanna a scagadh bunaithe ar choinníoll.
  • Is é comhréir na list tuisceana: [expression for item in iterable if condition]

Sampla:

# List comprehension to generate a list of squares of numbers from 0 to 9  
squares = [x**2 for x in range(10)]  
print(squares)   # Output: [0, 1, 4, 9, 16, 25, 36, 49, 64, 81]  
  
# List comprehension to filter even numbers from a list  
numbers = [1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10]  
even_numbers = [x for x in numbers if x % 2 == 0]  
print(even_numbers)   # Output: [2, 4, 6, 8, 10]

 

Dictionary Comprehensions

  • Dictionary comprehensions ligean duit foclóirí a chruthú ar bhealach gonta.
  • Cosúil le list comprehensions, gineann siad slonn nua dictionary trí shloinneadh a chur i bhfeidhm ar gach mír i mír inathraithe agus trí mhíreanna a scagadh bunaithe ar choinníoll.
  • Is é comhréir na dictionary tuisceana: {key_expression: value_expression for item in iterable if condition}

# Dictionary comprehension to create a dictionary of squares of numbers from 0 to 9  
squares_dict = {x: x**2 for x in range(10)}

Set Comprehensions

  • Set comprehensions ligeann duit s a chruthú set ar bhealach cosúil le list comprehensions agus dictionary comprehensions.
  • Gineann siad rud nua set trí slonn a chur i bhfeidhm ar gach mír i n-athraitheach agus trí mhíreanna a scagadh bunaithe ar choinníoll.
  • Is é comhréir na set tuisceana: {expression for item in iterable if condition}
